Community Researcher

Mathilda ODonoghue

Mathilda is a Community Researcher at ActEarly. She grew up in Newham and has been a Community Engagement worker in Tower Hamlets since 2020, primarily co-ordinating the cultural programme as part of the Petticoat Lane High Street Heritage Action Zone at Toynbee Hall. Mathilda completed an MA in Cultural Studies in 2020. In her dissertation, she wrote about the impacts of urban regeneration on Stratford residents following the 2012 Olympics. She is interested in the politics of space, place and identity, and how this intersects with public health.
